I have several SunBlade 1000s with dual 750MHz Sparc III V9 processors (8MB L2 cache), 36GB FC HardDiscs, 1-2GB or RAM, DVDROM drive, 2 graphics cards (either Creator3D Series 3's or Expert3D-lites), a sunPCi co-processor card. I can also include a 20" Sun trinitron CRT monitors.

These systems are ideal for server tasks. Sun gives away a lot of software for free now which will run very well on these systems. They are excellent in multi-threaded applications.

Although I can give these away for free, I would prefer a little bit of cash so that I can supplement their replacements. I have been forced to change our computing platform in our research lab and we can no longer support multiple architectures.

I would appreciate around $100 for the system, and maybe $35 for each monitor but I can certainly go lower. (I currently have them configured to run 2 monitors, but it can drive up to 4 with more video cards).
