I'm more interested in computer languages than what you can code in them
but wouldn't mind being involved somehow.  I'm the typical hobbyist ---
good at reading code but lack the discipline to write large amounts of
it.

Am comfortable with C, C++, Python, Perl.  Passingly familiar with Java,
Ruby, Prolog, Javascript, Forth, Scheme.  A reading knowledge of php
from keeping my Drupal installation running.   Some older assembly
languages: 6502, 6809, 68000 families; 16 bit 8086 stuff; am intrigued
by ARM.  Presently struggling with Haskell.

I have a server on the internet and familiarity with git.
