Well as of yesterday Bell filed it's response to the CRTC.  At the CRTC website you can read the complaint filed by CAIP (Canadian Association of Internet Providers) and Bells response.

I am also with TekSavvy and I have no complaints. Their service has been exactly what I expected and their customer support is excellent. Even their forums on broadband reports are quite active with TekSavvy Employees.

As for Cogeco, It is definitely faster then DSL everywhere I've used it. Keep in mind of their 60 GB limit (which they are quick to cut you off) and they also throttle torrent traffic.  Then again AFAIK it's not throttled as bad as Bell's recent complaints of 30 KB/s.

Thankfully Bell has yet to affect us in Windsor but I just dreading the impending "lock down".
