You can get a mini Bluetooth keyboard that works with the Maemo BT Plugin for a Nokia 770 or N800 now for $66! Mine just shipped after being on backorder for almost a month, and they're in stock now.

It's a Dell Stowaway Bluetooth Keyboard available at eXpansys Canada. Apparently, the only difference between this and the popular iGo Stowaway Ultra-Slim Bluetooth Keyboard (which sells for $160 on the same site) is the Dell branding:
