Hi, I'm Jenifer Cappello. Yes, I am a female Linux user! :D I enjoy learning about new operating systems, not a coder or terminal user, but I like Linux/Windows/Mac/etc almost equally on many counts. I have Ubuntu on my old Mac laptop, nothing else runs on it with is to me the power of Linux. I have another laptop with Windows 2000 which is my major functional laptop, the Linux one is just for messing around and playing with. I dream of one day owning a high powered Macbook with all three operating systems all booting from a single machine. But I'm in the low-income sphere of Windsor. No money! 

My favourite Linux function? Being able from the (Ubuntu) installer to install tons of applications etc without having to download tons of .exe or .zip files. Dependencies suck. No one OS seems to fullfill all the functions I need so I make use of multiple OS's. Hope this isn't seen as heresy. :o

I had joined the original WUUG mailing list at one point and somehow one of my email addresses is still on this list, even though I was never approved for joining this forum! I was in limbo for awhile, and decided, heck, if I want to be on this forum, I'll just join again with a different email! So I'll be on the WUUG mailing list, and the forum, even if its with two seperate emails. Bwah.
