I have an agp ati rage 128 that has coax tv-in, and what looks like s-video in and s-video out.. it might be an ati-all in wonder.. unfortunately I have no cables for it..  kind of old too, labelled 1999.. If you are using it under linux, I'm not so sure it will be supported.. either way, if you want it, $10.
