  I think it's probably a better idea to get the meetings going again,
and worry about all of the other details as we can address them.  Hence
we have an accessible venue, not over-expensive with wireless access?,
and IIRC reasonable access to food.  ;)  That being the case, it looks
like we just need a booking date, if folks are in agreement.
