Mike suggested on the mailing list that we consider the Windsor Public Library for out meetings. I did some poking around on their web site.

South Walkerville is the only reasonably central location with a meeting room that seats 20 or more people. It also happens to cost only $15 for non-profits. If meetings get bigger we could consider the Riverside Lions room (100 seats, $50) or the Central Fred Israel Auditorium (100 seats, $75). With these kinds of prices it wouldn't cost us more than a couple dollars each.

They have Internet connectivity and we can get a projection screen free of charge. Unfortunately, they don't have a VGA projector listed, but maybe we can rent/borrow one of those externally.
