I use ClarkConnect on my router; it also has a very decent web-interface
and has been around for a while.
The free (community) edition has a groupware server with outlook
connector, PPTP and IPsec VPN, packet shaper,
IDS/IPS, POP/IMAP/SMTP with clamav/spamassassin, webmail, filtering
proxy (squid also), print server, etc...
