I'm aware of konq's twin panel mode but the keyboard shortcuts just aren't as easy. I know you can change the shortcuts also but I don't think the list is as long for options. Besides krusader works out of the box without me changing all the shortcuts.
Being as I have used tools like Windows/Total Commander (back in my Windows days), Volkov Commander (DOS), and MC I'm use to a certain set of shortcuts which are pretty universal between these programs.
Example.. create a directory = F7, Copy a file = F5, Rename = F9, Read only View = F3, Edit = F4, compress/pack = CTRL + P, uncompress = CTRL + U, etc...
Very simple and extensive! I can't remember the last time I used the most in my file manager and I have done many many file operations.
For the web browsing I use swiftfox.. but I've been thinking of going konq because the load times beat Firefox/Swiftfox, and my other fav Opera.. hands down!
