Greetings,

The No Mans LAN is set to take place on January 5th, 2006 and run till
mid afternoon on January 6th, 2006. Our start time on the 5th is at
10:00a.m., during this time recreational play will be allocated until
7:00p.m., which at that time our first tournament of the night will
start. Tournaments will run back-to-back with one another until
1:00a.m. - 3:00a.m., at that time 50+ prizes will be raffled off to 'in
attendance' gamers.

We encourage all attendees to show up before as close to the start time
as possible to ensure your reserved seat at the No Mans LAN. Currently,
we are 100% full, however, we expect between 10-15 seats to become
available.

We are imposing a 4:00 check in rule for those who have reserved their
spots at the No Mans LAN by registering on our website at
http://itc.vsnine.org. If you are not in attendance by 4:00p.m. by
January 5th, 2006, we can NOT guarantee your reserved spot at the LAN,
and your spot will be given away to 'walk-in gamers' or 'non-registered'
players. If you are unable to make the 4:00 deadline, please email
admin-nomanslan at hotmail.com or jcartier at stclaircollege.ca, include all
relevant personal information (name, email, phone number) and an
estimated arrival time. We are expecting this lan to meet capacity very
quickly and I encourage all of you to arrive as close to the start time
(10:00a.m.) as possible.

In addition, please bring all network cables, power cables, power bars
and all other accessories that you will need to power, connect, and
play. The LAN event is being held at St. Clair College in the SRC
Student Center (near the Tim Hortons). Upon arrival attendees will be
required to be checked in by our staff, payment of the $20.00 entrance
fee, and will have to read and sign a 'Acceptable Use Policy'.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please don't hesitate
to contact me via email.

Sincerely,

Jeff Cartier
